The Reset Foundation is seeking passionate, experienced leaders to serve on our Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a nonprofit from the ground up and guide the vision of building The Reset Facility — a one-of-a-kind healing retreat where individuals and families can reset their lives after grief, hardship, or loss.

About the Role

• Volunteer Position: This is currently an unpaid role. All board positions are volunteer-based until the organization grows and the facility is built to sustain salaries.

• Commitment: Board members will meet regularly (virtually or in person) to provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight.

• Impact: As a founding board member, your leadership will directly influence the development of programs, fundraising initiatives, partnerships, and long-term sustainability of the foundation.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome individuals with experience in:

• Nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or development

• Healthcare, mental health, or social services

• Finance, law, or governance

• Agriculture, sustainability, or ranch/farm operations

• Community engagement and outreach

Most importantly, we are seeking leaders who are:

• Passionate about our mission of healing and renewal

• Collaborative and team-oriented

• Willing to contribute time, energy, and expertise to help build something lasting
